Scaleway is seeking an experienced Infra leadership role to guide the GPU Cloud engineering teams and drive the design, deployment, and operation of large-scale GPU clusters across our sovereign cloud infrastructure.
You will shape technical decisions, validate the feasibility of commercial proposals, and ensure commitments to customers are deliverable with reliability and performance. The role demands strong leadership in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in infrastructure engineering with senior team leadership.
- Experience designing large-scale compute clusters and GPU/HPC environments.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Proxmox, Warewulf; strong networking and storage know-how.
Responsabilités
- Lead the Support Engineering, HPC, and SRE orgs and two Engineering Managers.
- Own technical strategy and architecture for GPU Cloud infra.
- Review commercial proposals for feasibility and commitments.
- Oversee deployment and readiness of new GPU clusters.
- Drive cluster management, capacity planning, automation, and ops.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Provide technical leadership on AI/HPC projects.
- Align Engineering with GTM, Product, and Operations.
- Develop the engineering org through leadership and mentoring.
- Maintain high standards of engineering rigor and decision-making.
