Scaleway is seeking a senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead the GPU Cloud SRE team and drive automated, scalable, production-grade GPU infrastructure.

You will collaborate with software, product, and cross-functional teams, focusing on Kubernetes, cluster management, and high-availability systems. The role offers hybrid work with up to 3 days remote and an international, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of engineering teams in production environments.
• Strong Kubernetes and cluster-management experience.
• Familiarity with virtualization tools (Proxmox, Warewulf).
• Experience with monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Exposure to GPUs and high-speed networks (Nvidia/AMD, InfiniBand).
• Knowledge of distributed storage (Lustre, DDN, VAST).
• Excellent communication and incident-management skills.
• Collaborative and proactive in cross-functional settings.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a 6-person SRE team focused on GPU cloud infrastructure.
• Design automated solutions for GPU cluster lifecycle management.
• Implement observability, logging, and monitoring for large-scale clusters.
• Plan and manage the SRE roadmap and priorities.
• Coordinate with software engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee recruitment and career development for team members.
• Maintain high-availability production systems under load.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure reliability.
