Pluxee International is building an internal AI platform and seeks a GenAI Engineer to own production AI capabilities and advise IT teams across the group. This hands‑on role combines platform ownership with GenAI governance and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will design scalable MCP‑driven architectures, deploy agents and integrate tools like Jira/Confluence, Azure OpenAI, and cloud runtimes while ensuring GDPR compliance and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years backend/full-stack development in production contexts.
• 2+ years GenAI/LLM deployments and production integration.
• Experience deploying AI platforms on cloud (Azure preferred).

Responsabilités

• Own the internal AI platform roadmap with platform evolution and security.
• Design and deploy MCP-based servers, agents, and governance.
• Support GenAI adoption across IT teams, ensuring GDPR and EU compliance.
