Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Head of Continental Europe + MEA Sales for FTSE Russell to drive data and subscription growth across Europe and the Middle East, Africa, leading a regional team and key client relationships.

The role requires leading strategic growth, managing a diverse client base, and partnering with product, research and marketing to raise franchise awareness and revenue. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of data and subscription business / indexing.
• Proven ability to work with clients across Continental Europe and MEA.
• Excellent verbal and written English; French, German or Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic priorities by territories and client segments.
• Lead a team, set objectives, KPIs and development plans.
• Develop growth plans for Data/Subscription and Asset-Based businesses.
• Manage major client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with product, research and marketing on campaigns and go-to-market plans.
• Coordinate with regional colleagues to share best practices and ideas.
