Airbotics Talent is partnering with a well-funded European robotics company to appoint a Head of Electronics. You will take ownership of electronics development across the platform while building the engineering team around you.

You will stay hands-on with design, validation and production readiness, establishing standards and capabilities to move hardware from prototype to manufacturing, in Paris with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in electronics engineering for robotics or complex hardware
• Strong hands-on analog, digital and mixed-signal circuit design
• Deep knowledge of power electronics and motor drive systems
• Proficient with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout
• Experience taking electronics from design to bring-up and deployment
• Knowledge of embedded hardware, MCUs and interfaces
• Understanding EMC/EMI and design for harsh environments
• Experience designing for manufacturability and production scale
• Proven track record leading engineers and building teams

Responsabilités

• Own electronics development end-to-end from architecture to production readiness
• Design analog, digital, mixed-signal and power electronics
• Own PCB schematic and layout in Altium Designer
• Develop power conversion and motor drive architectures
• Simulate and validate with LTspice, PLECS or Simulink
• Lead bench bring-up, testing and hardware integration
• Design for EMC/EMI, grounding and shielding
• Drive certification and compliance activities
• Collaborate with mechanical, software and autonomy teams
• Build and lead the electronics team including FPGA capability
