Orasio, a Paris-based leader in video intelligence, is seeking a Head of Deployment to build and run deployments in highly constrained environments. You will personally lead initial deployments, size hardware, stand up tooling, and troubleshoot on-site.

As the role scales, you will mentor a team of Deployment Engineers, craft playbooks, automation, and enablement for system integrators, while ensuring production readiness and security across national security environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical, customer-facing roles within constrained environments (field/deployment engineering, solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or systems integration).
• Experience leading or mentoring a technical team, or building a team from scratch.
• Strong infrastructure fundamentals: Linux, networking, storage, and interest in software/hardware.
• Working knowledge of GPU compute and containerized workloads (NVIDIA drivers/CUDA) and orchestration.
• Fluent in French and English; comfortable with on-site travel.
• European nationality and security clearance eligibility required.

Responsabilités

• Build & lead the deployment function: define operating model, standards, and success metrics.
• Define sizing methodologies for compute, GPU, memory, storage, networking, and latency.
• Lead integration & troubleshooting with customers, integrators, and internal teams; on-site when needed.
• Shape long-term platform and hardware strategy; drive adoption and renewal readiness.
