Orasio is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer in Paris to drive deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions in highly regulated environments. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in deployment/engagement roles.
• Experience delivering in constrained and regulated environments.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, leading engagements end-to-end from pre-sales to post-implementation.
• Drive delivery of Orasio’s solutions in constrained environments, including on-premise and air-gapped deployments.
• Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Adapt Orasio’s solutions to real-world operational needs, coordinating product, engineering and commercial teams.
• Design, structure and continually improve deployment processes and methodologies.
• Scale deployment capabilities to support European expansion.

The Role

We’re looking for a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to:

• Drive the successful deployment of Orasio’s solutions in highly constrained environments:

• Build and scale Orasio’s deployment capabilities. As the first Forward Deployed Engineer, you will:

Reporting directly to the COO, this role combines customer-facing execution with the structuring of our deployment model, a critical capability for Orasio’s long-term adoption and scale.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers , leading engagements end-to-end, from pre-sales to post-implementation

• Drive the successful delivery of Orasio’s solutions in highly constrained environments, including on-premise and air-gapped deployments

• Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

• Adapt Orasio’ solutions to real-world operational needs, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial teams

• Design, structure, and continuously improve our deployment processes and methodologies

• Scale Orasio’s deployment capabilities, both in terms of processes and team, to support our expansion across Europe

Ideal Profile

• 6+ years of experience, including:

• Strong technical acumen, with a genuine interest in both software and hardware systems

• Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, including senior interlocutors

• Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and designing in high-stakes, regulated environments.

• Fluency in French and English.
