The Role

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to drive the successful deployment of Orasio’s solutions in highly constrained environments:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Orasio’s customers.
• Support deployment, integration, and roll‑out of our solutions.
• Support end users in adopting the product and maximizing its value, including by working closely with them on initial use cases.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, leading engagements end-to-end, from pre‑sales to post‑implementation
• Drive the successful delivery of Orasio’s solutions in highly constrained environments, including on‑premise and air‑gapped deployments
• Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders
• Adapt Orasio’ solutions to real‑world operational needs, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial teams
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of our deployment processes and methodologies.

Ideal Profile

• 2+ years of experience, including experience in technical environments with strong operational or regulatory constraints (e.g. on‑premise, secure or air‑gapped systems)
• Strong technical acumen, with a genuine interest in both software and hardware systems
• Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, including senior interlocutors
• Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and designing in high‑stakes, regulated environments.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Bonus:
  • Experience in Public sector, Defense or Internal Security sectors
  • Experience working on AI‑native products or systems
  • Entrepreneurial or early‑stage experience
  • Experience bridging software and hardware systems
