Vestiaire Collective is seeking a Director of Cloud Infrastructure and Security to own the global cloud foundation across AWS and GCP, leading two high-impact teams—Cloud Infrastructure (DevOps/SRE) and Security—and to partner with product groups for reliability, cost efficiency, and strong security posture.

You will drive IaC maturity, governance, and a culture of shared accountability while enabling AI-enabled engineering and scalable operations for a fast-growing marketplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in engineering with 5+ years leading infra, platform, or security teams.
• Experience managing multiple teams or functions, including hiring senior engineers.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in public cloud (AWS), Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Track record establishing reliability practices at scale (SLOs, incident management, capacity planning).
• Cloud cost optimisation / FinOps results at meaningful scale.
• Strong grounding in cloud and application security fundamentals (IAM, network security, CSPM).
• Experience leading through incidents and security events under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with both executives and engineers.

Responsabilités

• Lead Cloud Infrastructure and Security teams, hiring and developing senior engineers.
• Define joint roadmaps for both teams aligned to business priorities.
• Establish KPIs, SLOs, risk metrics; report on reliability, cost and security.
• Set operating model for self-serve vs central ownership.
• Foster shared accountability for reliability and security, with Security Champions.
• Own AWS and GCP footprint end-to-end including EKS, Vault, data stores, and edge.
• Establish real SRE practices: SLOs, capacity planning, continuity planning.
• Drive IaC maturity: Terraform changes, GitOps with ArgoCD, policy-as-code.
• Consolidate observability and improve developer experience (CI/CD).
• Own FinOps and cost discipline; push cost accountability to teams.
• Support platform modernization and AI-augmented engineering.
• Mature identity and access management and secure-by-default configurations.
