Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Evaluations Team Lead based in France to shape how AI models are evaluated, validated, and improved in production. You will lead the development of a shared evaluation platform for research, engineering, and customer-facing teams, ensuring rigorous benchmarks and reproducible results.

You will recruit and mentor a small team, stay hands-on with Python and experimental design, and translate findings into actionable plans for product releases and customer use cases.

Qualifications
