Job summary

Jobgether SRL partners to fill a Lead AI Systems Architect role in France. You will design and scale AI systems transforming unstructured social media content into structured data products, leading multimodal pipelines that integrate vision, speech, and language models.

Role emphasizes model optimization, open-source deployments, and data-centric techniques. You will mentor juniors and shape the engineering practices for scalable AI systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in applied AI, NLP or CV.
• Experience designing multimodal pipelines (vision, speech, text).
• Proficient in Python and DL frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Production LLM orchestration with DSPy, Instructor, Pydantic, LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Fine-tuning and serving open-source models with vLLM, TGI or similar engines.
• Experience with vector DBs (Qdrant, pgvector, Pinecone) and RAG at scale.
• Ability to set technical best practices and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture of multimodal AI pipelines and data processing systems.
• Develop automated ingestion pipelines combining vision, speech, and LLMs.
• Optimize models for cost and performance; migrate to open-source stacks.
• Ensure structured, validated JSON outputs from generative models.
• Define roadmaps, establish standards, and guide junior developers.
• Support scalable enrichment workflows and retrieval systems.
