Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Director, Product Strategy & Transformation to lead AI-enabled product development and the Agentic PDLC across a global software portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, discovery, delivery and measurement, embedding with business units and driving transformation at scale.

Based in Paris or remote, you will travel ~35% to collaborate with teams, mentors, and executives, delivering outcomes that accelerate customer value and enterprise

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management/leadership in B2B software or SaaS.
• Owned strategy/outcomes for substantial product, platform or portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Product Strategy & Transformation, you will help lead that evolution from the Corporate Strategy Office. Working in a small enterprise team, you will partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to strengthen the Product System and improve customer value, business outcomes and speed of innovation.A key focus will be advancing the Agentic Product Development Lifecycle (Agentic PDLC), using AI across product development. You will combine deep product expertise with a hands-on transformation mindset to implement and scale change.**How You Will Work**This is a senior individual-contributor role, leading through expertise, coaching, facilitation and influence.
