Ataway is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver HR and WorkForce Management solutions in the cloud. You will leverage your strong customer service skills and experience with client/server or Web-based technologies to drive successful implementations.

Responsibilities include leading implementation lifecycle, conducting workshops, configuring systems, mapping data, and testing. Fluency in French and English is required; the role offers a hybrid work model in Paris.”

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in HR or implementing HR solutions.
• At least 3 years' experience in WorkForce Management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage lifecycle of implementation projects per partner methodology.
• Facilitate workshops to identify requirements and develop prototypes.
• Provide analytical and design expertise, system configuration, data mapping, and testing.
• Consult customers on HR features and system processes.
• Assist customers in understanding the solution during handover and provide orientation.
• Ensure follow-up and effective communication with customers.
