Ataway in Paris is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead end-to-end HRIS implementations for our clients, with a strong emphasis on quality and customer service. You will coordinate lifecycle steps, ensure alignment with partner methodologies, and support live payroll processing.

Candidates should have 4+ years in HRMS deployment and payroll exposure, with hands-on configuration, data mapping, testing, and issue resolution; fluency in French and English is required, and UKG or similar HR

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience implementing HRMS solutions
• 3+ years of payroll experience is a plus
• Configuration, testing & data mapping experience
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with UKG Solutions or other HR software preferred

• Provide analytical and design expertise; system configuration; data mapping; testing and client support of live payroll processing
• Track, manage, and oversee resolution of open implementation issues/items
• Proactively communicate with customers to keep them informed of project status and responsibilities
• Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project-related items

About the Job

Ataway is seeking for proactive, customer-oriented professionals to deliver HRIS solutions. As a Project Manager, you will join a growing team responsible for ensuring the successful, end-to-end implementation of our partners’ HRMS products with a strong focus on quality.

Qualified candidates are self-starters with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills who are highly motivated to provide excellent customer service. Candidates will also possess a general knowledge of payroll and/or human resource concepts and regulations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Coordinate and perform lifecycle of assigned implementation projects in compliance with partners’ implementation methodology (Business Analysis, Summary of Business Rule Requirements, System Configuration, Data Mapping, Parallel Testing, Live Processing and Support Transition)
• Provide analytical and design expertise; system configuration; data mapping; testing and client support of live payroll processing
• Track, manage, and oversee resolution of open implementation issues/items
• Proactively communicate with customers to keep them apprised of project status and ensure they are on track with assigned responsibilities
• Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project-related items

About You

• 4+ years’ experience implementing HRMS solutions & 3+ years of payroll experience is a plus
• Configuration, testing & data mapping experience
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with UKG Solutions or other HCM software preferred

French and English must be speaking fluently
