Inbolt is seeking a Hardware & IT Operations Responsible to own the full lifecycle of our hardware, from stock availability to flashing and shipping of PC controllers, cameras, and cables.
You will bridge hardware, IT, and logistics, ensuring complete, correctly configured deliveries to customers and deployment engineers worldwide. Fluent English required; French a plus in our Paris team.
Your mission is to make sure every robot cell we ship, anywhere in the world, arrives complete, working, and on time.
As Hardware & IT Operations Responsible, you will own the full lifecycle of our hardware: from stock availability and supplier sourcing, to flashing, packaging, and shipment of PC controllers, cameras, and cables. You are the person who guarantees that when a customer or a deployment engineer opens a box, everything is there, correctly configured, and ready to install.
You will work at the intersection of hardware, IT, and logistics: sourcing components, preparing and flashing machines, managing stock levels, and building the pipelines and processes that let Inbolt scale its deliveries as we grow globally.
Own and monitor stock levels for PC controllers, cables, and 3D cameras, anticipating needs from the deployment and sales pipeline to avoid shortages
Set up simple, reliable stock tracking and reordering processes, keeping records up to date after every delivery
Flash and prepare PC controllers before shipment
Package hardware so it travels safely and arrives ready to use
Organize and coordinate shipments to customer sites and deployment teams worldwide
Identify and qualify new hardware references and suppliers, building 2nd-source options for cables and PC controllers to reduce risk and cost
Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
Own and improve the PC controller flashing pipeline (including servers), automating and documenting the process while working with engineering to keep it aligned with product updates
Inbolt values end-to-end ownership, high rigor, and a hands-on curiosity. We move fast while staying precise, with a proactive, autonomous, results-driven mindset and strong collaboration with engineering teams.
Bac+3 in a technical field (IT, electronics, logistics, or equivalent), with 3+ years of hands-on experience in hardware operations, IT deployment, or supply chain
Proven ability to own end-to-end processes — from sourcing and stock management to final delivery on customer sites
Strong hands-on skills in IT hardware setup, Linux-based flashing/imaging, and basic scripting/automation
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, juggling logistics, IT, and supplier relationships simultaneously
Fluent in English; French is a plus given daily interactions with the Paris team
Experience with shipping/logistics for international deliveries (customs, carriers, incoterms)
Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash) to automate stock tracking or flashing pipelines
Prior experience in a startup or hardware-adjacent role (electronics, robotics, IT services)
