Inbolt is seeking a Hardware & IT Operations Responsible to own the full lifecycle of our hardware, from stock availability to flashing and shipping of PC controllers, cameras, and cables.

You will bridge hardware, IT, and logistics, ensuring complete, correctly configured deliveries to customers and deployment engineers worldwide. Fluent English required; French a plus in our Paris team.

Qualifications

• Bac+3 in a technical field with 3+ years in hardware operations, IT deployment, or supply chain.

Responsabilités

• Own and monitor stock levels for PC controllers, cables, and 3D cameras; anticipate needs from deployment and sales pipeline.
• Set up simple, reliable stock tracking and reordering processes; keep records up to date after every delivery.
• Flash and prepare PC controllers before shipment.
• Package hardware so it travels safely and arrives ready to use.
• Organize and coordinate shipments to customer sites and deployment teams worldwide.
• Identify and qualify new hardware references and suppliers; build 2nd-source options to reduce risk and cost.
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Own and improve the PC controller flashing pipeline; automate and document the process with engineering alignment.
