HyLight in Paris is seeking a Mechanical Integration and Test Engineer to own the drone's mechanical lifecycle. You will bridge engineering excellence with field reliability, ensuring robust, easy-to-assemble airships for mission-critical inspections.

You will lead conceptual design of subsystems, develop fatigue models, plan HALT/HASS tests, and drive root-cause analysis to close feedback with operations.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years designing rugged outdoor mechanical systems (fatigue, vibration).
• Experience in test planning (DoE), designing test equipment, testing, analyzing results, and writing reports.

Responsabilités

• Lead conceptual design of new mechanical subsystems and airframe evolutions using CAD/rapid iteration.
• Establish fatigue models and design HALT/HASS tests to maximize fleet availability.
• Implement Root Cause Analysis to close feedback loops between engineering and operations.
