WeRecruit seeks an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to lead the revenue strategy across two hotels, with Paris and Bordeaux travel involved. The role focuses on turning data into commercial results and driving revenue growth.

Experience leading revenue strategy and initiatives for hospitality groups.
Ability to work closely with hotel leadership and drive execution.

Responsabilités

Own and drive the revenue strategy for two hotels.
Develop pricing, inventory and distribution strategies to maximise revenue.
Deliver accurate forecasts, budgets and commercial action plans.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity and booking patterns to identify opportunities and risks.
Evaluate group and M&E opportunities, including displacement analysis and overall business value.
Lead weekly commercial and revenue meetings with hotel leadership teams.
Ensure pricing, content, inventory and distribution channels are accurate and optimised.
Work with Sales, Marketing, M&E, Front Office, Finance and Operations to align strategies.
