Homa is seeking a Junior Growth Specialist to drive performance across our live mobile game portfolio. You’ll translate social trends on TikTok into growth momentum, own game growth execution, and collaborate with UA and Product to run data-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth, creative content, or social media
• Able to spot trends and connect social culture to audiences
• Comfort using AI tools to improve speed and results
• Strong cross-team communication and ownership of tasks
• Wamiliarity with ad platforms and analytics is a plus

Responsabilités

• Hunt and translate trends from TikTok and social platforms into actionable strategies for games
• Own growth execution on live titles, track performance and iterate based on results
• Use AI tools daily to analyze data and automate workflows
• Collaborate with UA and Product to launch and optimize test campaigns
• Bring energy and creative thinking to drive measurable uplift
