Homa in Paris is seeking an Associate Team Lead Growth to drive performance for our live mobile game portfolio. You will own growth strategies, manage a small growth team, and work across UA, monetization, and product to scale games to millions of players.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, AI-enabled processes, and fast execution in a dynamic, global gaming company environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in growth, UA, or performance marketing.
• Proven cross-team collaboration with product, monetization, or data teams.
• Strong data-analysis skills with ability to act on insights.
• AI-native mindset with daily use of AI tools to improve processes.
• Creative, outside-the-box approach to growth and willingness to lead.

Responsibilities

• Own live portfolio growth and ROI improvement through testing and optimization.
• Lead a team of 2–3 Growth Specialists and set clear expectations.
• Coordinate with Monetization and Product to align priorities and tests.
• Identify and activate ad networks that fit each game’s KPIs.
• Leverage AI to automate processes and extract insights across games.
