Homa in Paris is seeking an Associate Team Lead Growth to own growth for our live mobile game portfolio. You will manage a small Growth Specialists team and drive ROI through AB testing, ad network optimization, and data-driven iteration.

Collaborating with Monetization and Product, you’ll deploy AI-enabled workflows and accelerate tests to scale titles across Europe, while building a high-performance growth function with autonomy.

Qualifications

• About 3 years of experience in growth, UA, or performance marketing.
• Experience leading a team or mentoring juniors.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Monetization, or Data teams.
• Excellent data-analysis skills and ability to derive actionable insights.

Mission

As a Associate Team Lead Growth, you’ll play a key role in driving the performance of Homa’s live mobile game portfolio. You will own the execution of game-level growth strategies, manage a team of junior Growth Specialists, and operate at the intersection of UA, monetization, and product — using data, AI, and creative thinking to unlock scale on games that millions of players enjoy.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Own live portfolio growth — execute the growth strategy for assigned live games, drive ROI improvement through AB testing, ad network optimization, and data-informed iteration
• Lead a team — manage 2–3 junior Growth Specialists, set clear expectations, develop their skills, and hold them accountable to outcomes
• Drive cross-team execution — collaborate closely with Monetization and Product teams to align on priorities, launch the right tests, and turn insights into game improvements
• Activate the right ad networks — identify and prioritize ad network models that fit each game’s stage and KPIs, executing with speed to capture scale opportunities
• Build smarter with AI — use AI tools every day to analyze data across games, automate processes, and continuously find new ways to operate with more leverage

We are looking for someone with around 3 years of experience in growth, UA, or performance marketing — and the humility, curiosity, ambition, and drive to make an impact fast. You’re a great fit if you have:

• Proven cross-team collaboration skills — you’ve worked with Product, Monet, or Data teams and driven real joint outcomes without being managed
• Strong data analysis ability — you read performance metrics fluently, identify opportunities others miss, and make confident decisions
• An AI-native mindset — you actively use AI tools to get more done, build smarter processes, and explore new approaches daily
• A creative, outside-the-box approach to growth — you think beyond campaign management and bring fresh angles to performance challenges
• The ability to lead people — you set clear expectations, give direct feedback, and push a team toward results without micromanaging

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience managing a small team or mentoring junior team members
• Hands‑on exposure to offerwall networks, gaming SDK monetization, or live game AB testing
• Background in ad creatives or social trend spotting
• Experience building automations or tools using AI (e.g. MCP-based workflows, cross-game data analysis)
