Bleu Robotics, a France-based AI robotics company, seeks a Chief of Staff to help build the company from day one. You will drive strategy, operations, and investor communications, coordinating across product, research, and business teams.

You will shape planning, execution, and reporting, and support rapid international expansion while working closely with the CEO and leadership team. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategy consulting, venture building, or similar high-growth startup roles.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsabilités

• Lead company-building and operations during hyper-growth.
• Drive strategic planning, OKRs, and cross-functional execution.
• Coordinate priority projects across product, research, business, and operations.
• Improve internal processes, reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
• Prepare board meetings and investor communications.
