Bleu Robotics is seeking a Chief of Staff to guide strategy, operations, and growth as the company scales in Paris. You will drive OKRs, cross-functional execution, and investor relations, moving between board-level strategy and day-to-day problem solving on the same day.

You are a builder with 3+ years in strategy or venture roles, fluent in English, and able to partner with CEOs, CTOs, and investors to accelerate a European AI robotics agenda.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy/venture roles at high-growth startups
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent project management capabilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with investors, customers, and senior stakeholders

We are looking for deeply passionate scientists who can help us push the frontier and build a major lab in our physical AI.

Our vision

To enable a robot to learn a new industrial task from a few demonstrations and operate autonomously, with under one hour between the start of the demonstration and the start of deployment.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff who wants to help build one of Europe's most ambitious AI and robotics companies from day one.

Your core missions

• Company Building & Operations
• Help structure the company during its hyper-growth phase
• Drive strategic planning, OKRs, and cross-functional execution
• Coordinate priority projects across product, research, business, and operations
• Improve internal processes, reporting, and decision-making frameworks

Strategy & Growth

• Contribute to the company's growth strategy and international expansion
• Support strategic partnerships and business development initiatives
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence
• Build recommendations directly for the CEO and leadership team

Investor Relations & Finance

• Prepare board meetings and investor communications
• Build financial models and business plans
• Monitor key business and operational KPIs
• Support future fundraising initiatives

Special Projects

• Lead high-priority initiatives that do not have an owner
• Move seamlessly between strategy and execution
• Solve critical problems to help the company move faster

About You

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, venture building, investment banking, private equity, or a similar role in a high-growth startup
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent project management capabilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with investors, customers, and senior stakeholders
