Sunrise Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth, to own the patient growth engine and drive acquisition at scale. You’ll partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to design features, tools, and experiments that accelerate sign-ups and first outcomes.

You’ll define a growth roadmap, run A/B tests, and translate insights into product bets. If you’re motivated by measurable business impact and healthcare tech, this role fits well.

Formación

• 5+ years in Product Management with growth, activation, and onboarding experience.
• Proven track record improving activation, conversion, or retention.
• Strong analytics and data tooling fluency (SQL or similar).
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Own growth-focused product roadmap and translate business goals into clear product priorities.
• Lead experimentation, A/B testing, and CRO initiatives from hypothesis to decision.
• Design acquisition touchpoints and in-product growth loops.
• Turn marketing and commercial needs into scalable product capabilities and technical requirements.
• Work closely with Engineering to ship growth features, tools, and supporting infrastructure.
• Partner with Marketing and Provider Partnerships to increase adoption and enrollment.
• Track performance, identify opportunities, and turn insights into product decisions.
