Sunrise Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own the patient growth engine. You’ll partner with Engineering and cross‑functional teams to design and deliver product features, tools, and experiments that drive acquisition and activation at scale.

You’ll own the key metrics for sign‑ups and meaningful outcomes, use data and user insights to decide what to build next, and run a disciplined sequence of bets and A/B tests to double down on what works in healthcare.

Formación

• 5+ years in Product Management with growth, activation, and onboarding experience in a startup or scale-up.
• Proven track record of improving growth metrics (activation, conversion, retention) from a product perspective.
• Deep knowledge of AARRR funnels, analytics, event tracking, experimentation, and marketing automation.
• Strong hands-on analytics with data tools (SQL or similar) and collaboration with analytics teams.
• UX-focused with clear information design to reduce friction in healthcare contexts.
• Excellent problem solving, action bias, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English and French, with experience in healthtech or digital health.

Responsabilidades

• Own a growth-focused product roadmap and translate business goals into clear priorities.
• Lead experimentation and drive A/B testing and CRO initiatives from hypothesis to decision.
• Design and improve acquisition touchpoints and in-product growth loops.
• Turn marketing and commercial needs into scalable product capabilities and requirements.
• Work closely with Engineering to ship growth features and supporting infrastructure.
• Partner with Marketing and Provider Partnerships to increase adoption and enrollment.
• Track performance, identify opportunities, and turn insights into product decisions.
