Voodoo is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to join the Growth department in Paris. You will lead transversal initiatives and venture projects, driving a growth platform capable of scaling any mobile product globally.

The role offers autonomy to identify problems, analyze root causes, design solutions, and implement them across multiple projects. You should bring 3+ years in fast-paced settings, be fluent in French and English, and be excited about delivering impact in a candor-driven

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments (startups, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc).
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Curious, highly analytical and impact-driven.

• Lead high-priority Growth projects across Voodoo.
• Identify and solve critical growth issues with cross-functional teams.
• Design and implement processes and products to scale mobile products globally.
• Handle multiple projects in parallel with strong adaptability.

Role

Voodoo is looking for a Strategic Project Manager to sit in the Growth department. You will lead key transversal initiatives, venture projects, and play a central role in achieving our vision to build a growth platform that can successfully scale any mobile product globally.

• Become a growth expert: understand growth value chain, user acquisition, creative and monetization needs within a constantly evolving ad-tech ecosystem

• Lead high priority projects within Growth, collaborating with teams across Voodoo

• Enjoy great autonomy to identify critical problems, analyze root causes, design solutions, and implement them

• Design and build leading processes and products

• Work on multiple projects in parallel, requiring you to be highly adaptable

• Projects you might work on include identifying new business opportunities (incl. M&A), leading operational teams, hiring talented people, launching new ventures, etc.

Profile

• You graduated from a top school in engineering (Grande Ecole Program)

• You have 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.)

• You are curious, highly analytical, and passionate about having an impact, whatever’s thrown your way

• You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility

• You are both fluent in French and English

Nice to have:

• You can run your own SQL queries

• You have experience in gaming or performance marketing
