Job summary

Electra in Paris is seeking a Head of Marketing to own the growth strategy and budget across countries, directly leading Acquisition and Retention and guiding a team of four. You’ll drive the full funnel, expand in France and Germany, and partner with local leads to balance central strategy with local needs.

You’ll optimize online visibility, conversions, and the Electra+ program while steering paid and organic channels, data-driven experiments, and AI-driven marketing efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth, growth marketing or growth product in a fast-scaling tech company.
• Proven track record managing acquisition and retention across multiple countries.
• Experience structuring and scaling a function from 0 to 1 and beyond.
• Strong grasp of growth methods, analytics, and AI for marketing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Growth strategy and budget across all countries.
• Directly manage Acquisition and Retention poles and set objectives.
• Coordinate with country leads to align central strategy with local execution.
• Grow online visibility, conversions, and top-of-funnel brand awareness.
• Grow Electra+ subscribers and optimize pricing/ economics.
• Roll out France growth playbook internationally, prioritizing Germany.
