Electra is expanding Europe’s largest fast‑charging network and seeks a Brand & Content Lead to drive brand strategy across markets. You will manage campaigns, coordinate with country teams, and oversee content production to ensure consistent messaging.

You will lead cross-functional work with growth, country teams, and HQ communications, tracking performance and optimizing outcomes. This role offers remote-friendly elements and a vibrant, international environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in brand marketing / brand strategy.
• Fluent English in multi-country context.
• Experience managing agencies and multi-market campaigns.
• Ability to coordinate with many internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of electric mobility is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve brand strategy across markets.
• Build locally adaptable brand campaigns (advertising, influence, partnerships).
• Manage creative and media agencies: briefs, selection, media buying, production follow-up.
• Coordinate with country marketing/communications managers on local rollout.
• Create and structure an internal hub for brand content and marketing content.
• Track performance indicators for brand campaigns and content.
