PayFit is seeking a Growth Marketing Apprentice in Paris to join the Growth team. You will help develop PayFit’s websites as strategic acquisition and conversion channels across France, Spain and the United Kingdom.

You will work with the Growth Experience Manager, SEO Manager and cross-functional teams to drive website management, CRO and SEO initiatives, including AI-driven growth exploration and experimentation.

Qualifications

• You are currently studying Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth, Web, Business, Data, UX or a related field.
• You are fluent in French and have a good professional level of English.
• Bonus points for basic knowledge of SEO and HTML/CSS, and for experience with CMS and analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage and update website pages and landing pages in DatoCMS.
• Support website launches and content updates across FR, ES and the UK.
• Analyze user journeys and identify opportunities to improve conversion.
• Define hypotheses and help set up experiments in Kameleoon and monitor results.
• Implement SEO recommendations and monitor page performance across sites.
