Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking a Growth Marketing Apprentice in Paris to join the Growth Marketing team and contribute to user acquisition, retention and engagement. Qualifications

• Educational background in Digital Marketing, Business School or University.
• Curious, rigorous and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of the digital ecosystem.
• Strong interest in current affairs and the media industry.

Responsibilities

• Digital Performance Management: Analyze and monitor the performance of websites, apps, CTV and external platforms; develop tools and dashboards to track objectives and KPIs including audience, engagement, acquisition and retention; measure the impact of initiatives; provide reports and in-depth analyses to business teams and editorial departments.
• Audience Development & Acquisition: Recommend and implement audience growth strategies with cross-functional teams including Product, Platforms, SEO and Technology; implement app growth levers such as SEA and ASO; monitor acquisition campaigns focused on traffic and app growth.
• App Marketing: Optimize visibility of applications across app stores via ASO; provide recommendations to improve visibility and conversion rates; identify and activate new growth opportunities to increase visibility and engagement; develop concrete action plans to maximize impact of marketing campaigns; ensure alignment with growth objectives and audience expectations.
