Hager Group is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist for the Energy Management and Transversal units. The role partners with Sales and Product to drive customer-centric demand generation, set strategic campaigns, and execute globally with local adaptability.

You will own the marketing agenda, align go-to-market priorities, and measure impact on pipeline and revenue, while collaborating across Digital, Content, and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in a similar position in B2B marketing for Energy Management solutions or related fields.
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Own growth marketing strategy for Energy Management and Transversal projects across the full customer journey.
• Translate business priorities into a multi‑year marketing roadmap and actionable calendar.
• Drive multi‑channel, data‑driven campaigns; optimise funnels and messaging through insights and tests.
• Create globally aligned, locally scalable activation and campaign plans with automated journeys.
