Base360.ai is seeking a Growth Marketer to reach B2C brands and convert attention into signups, leads, and customers. You may own a single channel or operate across several, including paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle, and funnels.

This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where you will experiment, learn fast, and build the growth engine as you go. You’ll work closely with the founder on positioning and messaging, track results, and leverage AI to gain an edge.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in growth marketing and willingness to learn fast.
• Experience with multiple growth channels a plus (paid, SEO, outbound, content).
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into action.

Responsabilités

• Own one or multiple growth channels end-to-end and drive results.
• Generate leads and signups across channels and optimize funnel performance.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers.
