Base360.ai is seeking a Growth Marketer to help reach B2C brands and turn attention into signups, leads, and customers. The role is hands-on, channel-agnostic, and entrepreneurial, with independence to experiment, learn fast, and build the growth engine as you go.

You’ll be trusted to own growth strategies, run campaigns across channels, and collaborate closely with the founder on positioning and messaging to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Fast learner who can specialise in one growth channel or be a generalist across multiple channels.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with data, attribution, and turning insight into action.
• AI-savvy and able to use modern tools to work faster and smarter.

Responsabilités

• Own a growth channel end to end or run across several channels and set the strategy, run campaigns and own results.
• Generate leads and drive signups by building the motions that fill the pipeline, including paid, SEO, outbound and referrals.
• Run experiments rapidly, test hooks and audiences, kill what doesn’t work and scale what does.
• Utilise AI to aid research, copy, targeting, automation, and speed.
• Build conversion-focused funnels and landing pages and track the numbers behind each step.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning, messaging, and where growth effort should be directed next.
• Track performance and craft clear stories about what’s working and why.
