Base360.ai is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketer in Lyon to drive signups and customer acquisition across channels. You’ll own growth initiatives, run experiments, and relentlessly optimize campaigns to deliver measurable results.

The role is entrepreneurial and fast-moving, with access to AI-powered tools and a high-autonomy team. You will partner with the founder on positioning and growth priorities, and you’ll live in a data-first culture.

Responsabilités

Own a growth channel end to end — set the strategy, run the campaigns, and report results.
Generate leads and drive signups — build motions that fill the pipeline across paid, SEO, outbound, and referrals.
Run experiments fast — test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers and scale what works.
Use AI to gain an edge in research, copy, targeting, automation, and speed.
Build funnels and landing pages that convert and monitor performance metrics.
Work closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and where to point growth power next.
Track everything and tell a clear story about what's working and why.
