Base360 is building the AI operating system for B2C brands. We’re a fast-moving startup seeking Growth Marketers to turn attention into signups, leads, and customers.

You may own a single channel or work across several, with paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle, and funnels — wherever you find what works, you’ll grow it. You’ll experiment, learn fast, and build the growth engine while working closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and where to point the growth firepower next.

Responsabilités

• Own a growth channel end to end — set strategy, run campaigns, and own results.
• Generate leads and drive signups across paid, SEO, outbound, and referrals.
• Run experiments fast: test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works.
