OKX Europe is building a local influencer program from zero to hero, curating Tier 1-2 crypto, fintech and finance voices across European markets to drive sentiment, amplify launches, and share our brand narrative. This is a PR and amplification program, not an affiliate channel.

You own the roster build, the content operations that keep it fed, and the 24 hour response system that activates it during a sentiment event.

Qualifications

• Must-haves: Years running an influencer, or creator program, ideally in crypto, fintech or payments
• Has built a ranked outreach target list from scratch (real follower verification, competitor amplifier mapping)
• Can negotiate and retain creators on a non-cash-per-conversion basis
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking acquisition, engagement, ROI, and other performance metrics
• Comfortable being measured on SOV, sentiment, and response speed rather than conversion or ROAS
• Native or fluent in at least one EEA market language, plus English
• Existing relationships with crypto/finance YouTubers, X voices, or podcast hosts in at least one key European market is a strong plus
• Decent understanding of local EU financial-promotion and influencer-disclosure requirements; follow brand and compliance guidelines
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills across Growth, Compliance, Legal, Product, Brand teams
• Strong team player; collaborate with Affiliate BD teams to convert influencers to affiliate partners

Responsabilités

• Mine competitor amplifiers and track top podcast charts per market
• Run direct outreach, manage inbound portal pipeline
• Acquire and negotiate deals with key creators
• Build and maintain brief templates by campaign type: launch, promo push, always-on education
• Maintain a localized asset kit per market with visuals, claims, risk language, disclosures
• Distribute a weekly/monthly/quarterly narrative refresh to the roster

About The Opportunity

OKX Europe is building a local influencer program from zero to hero: a curated roster of Tier 1-2 crypto, FinTech and finance voices in key European markets who drive sentiment, amplify launches, and share our brand narrative. This is a PR and amplification program, not an affiliate channel. You own the roster build, the content operations that keep it fed, and the 24 hour response system that activates it during a sentiment event.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Map and rank Tier 1 targets per market: top voices from sectors including but not limited to crypto, Fintech, traditional finance, payment and sports, across channels including but not limited to YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, and Telegram, ranked by verified follower count, excluding anyone already in the Affiliate programme
• Mine competitor amplifiers: identify who consistently amplifies key competitors, their launches, and track top finance/crypto podcast charts per market
• Run direct outreach against the mapped list, manage the inbound portal pipeline
• Acquire and negotiate deals with KOLs.
• Build and maintain brief templates per campaign type: launch, promo push, always-on education
• Maintain a localized asset kit per market: visuals, approved claims, risk warning language, disclosure wording
• Distribute a weekly/monthly/quarterly narrative refresh to the full roster

What You Will Own

• Local influencer roster build and management
• Content operations infrastructure: brief templates by campaign type, localized asset kits, narrative refresh cadence
• Reporting: impressions, reach, engagement, and positive share of voice (SOV) per market, tied to the goals below

What We Look For In You

• Must-haves:
  • Years running an influencer, or creator program, ideally in crypto, fintech or payments
  • Has built a ranked outreach target list from scratch (real follower verification, competitor amplifier mapping), not just inherited or managed an existing spreadsheet of names
  • Can negotiate and retain creators on a non-cash-per-conversion basis: this is a sentiment/access/merch/community trade, not an affiliate deal
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking acquisition, engagement, trading volume, ROI, and other performance metrics.
  • Comfortable being measured on SOV, sentiment, and response speed rather than conversion or ROAS
  • Native or fluent in at least one EEA market language, plus English
  • Existing relationships with crypto/finance YouTubers, X voices, or podcast hosts in at least one key European market is a strong plus
  • Decent understanding of local EU financial-promotion and influencer-disclosure requirements; able to ensure all content follows brand and compliance guidelines.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work across Growth, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Brand teams.
  • A strong team player who collaborates closely with the Affiliate BD teams to identify opportunities to convert high-potential influencers into long-term affiliate partners.
