This fully remote role places you in Europe, collaborating with a global marketing team and partners to grow our reach through creators, affiliates, and influencers.

You will manage partnerships, negotiate terms, and optimize campaigns while staying aligned with our product expertise and brand guidelines in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Strong outreach and partnership development skills.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing external partnerships.
• Affiliate, performance partnership, and influencer marketing knowledge.
• Social media platform expertise (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Podcasts).
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand and communicate product features, benefits, and use cases.
• Project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Performance tracking, analytics, and ROI measurement.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus.

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Affiliate & Influencer Coordinator to join our Marketing team and help grow the reach of our products through affiliates, influencers, creators, and strategic partnerships.

Become Our New Affiliate & Influencer Coordinator!

You will play a key role in expanding the visibility and growth of our products by building and managing relationships with creators, affiliates, influencers, media partners, and strategic partners.

This role is fully remote, but to keep collaboration smooth and our working hours nicely aligned, we’re looking for someone based in Europe.

You’ll be officially employed in your country of residence through our Employer of Record (EOR) partner, so you can enjoy the flexibility of remote work while being fully employed locally.

What you will be doing

• Research, identify, and recruit creators, influencers, affiliates, and partners whose audience aligns with our target market and business objectives
• Negotiate partnership terms, including contracts, deliverables, timelines, compensation models, and affiliate commission structures
• Develop creative briefs and review partner content and deliverables to ensure brand alignment, accuracy, and quality
• Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, affiliate revenue) and report on ROI to optimize future initiatives
• Stay current on influencer marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging creators, while building product/technical expertise to speak credibly with creators
