Superformula is seeking an experienced UX Designer to deeply understand product areas, conduct research, and deliver actionable insights and artifacts. You will craft user flows, low/high fidelity wireframes, and prototypes to solve real user problems, while communicating results clearly to the design team and partners.

With 5+ years in interactive or visual design and a strong portfolio, you will stay aware of mobile trends and prioritize work to ship impactful products.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end customer journeys.
• 5+ years in interactive and/or visual design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch).
• Ability to scope, estimate, and prioritize tasks independently.
• History of shipping products.
• Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field or equivalent experience.
• Aware of trends in mobile, communications, and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Understand the product area and deliver insights for products.
• Create deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, wireframes, and mockups.
• Communicate UX results to design team and cross-functional partners.
• Provide polished prototypes and artifacts for stakeholders.
