Fabulous is a remote health and wellness tech company focused on behavioral science-driven growth. We seek a Core Junior Product Manager with Growth Engineering skills to support the CPO in implementing the roadmap, coordinating across product, engineering, marketing, and customer support, and driving growth through experiments.

The role bridges product management with growth analytics, and requires a data-driven mindset, solid engineering background, and interest in behavioral science.

Qualifications

• Has a background in software engineering.
• Is very confident in JSON & JAVA or Javascript (SQL is bonus).
• Is comfortable with statistical significance and common types of statistical bias.
• Understands the basics of good experimental design.
• Is passionate about growth, metrics, and providing an outstanding user experience.
• Is data-driven and analytical. Our team strives to find user patterns and leverage them to optimize key metrics and user experience.
• Passion for learning and an interest in behavioral science is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CPO in executing the product roadmap and coordinating with departments to meet milestones.
• Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, marketing and support teams for alignment on development and growth strategies.
• Conduct market and user research to inform product development and growth opportunities.
• Define product requirements with engineering and design teams; oversee feature development and quality.
• Monitor product performance metrics and provide reviews to stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to the CPO and partners.
• Support the Growth and Core Product teams in experiments; code, analyze and assist growth workstreams.
