Qualificações

• Two years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in commercial property, cleaning, restoration, or insurance is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and target commercial clients effectively educating them about the advantages of using SERVPRO.
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with commercial properties and other potential clients to ensure revenue growth.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events and CE classes.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities with effective sales strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitors.
• Increase territory revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
