HyDetect is seeking an entrepreneurial CEO to lead growth, establish manufacturing solutions and strengthen supply chain capabilities in France. You will work with the founders to shape strategy, structure operations and accelerate market development.

This full-time role starts in January 2027, with the potential to evolve into a formal CEO and Co-Founder position with equity participation, contingent on demonstrated achievements and trusted collaboration with the co-founders.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial track record, preferably in start-ups.
• Experience turning hardware prototypes into market-ready products, with knowledge of hardware certification norms.
• Understanding of clients in physical process industries and long B2B sales cycles.
• Experience with or around hydrogen in oil refineries or chemical plants or gases markets would be advantageous.

• Drive commercial roll-out and develop the team, processes and governance needed for growth.
