HyLight seeks a Chief Operating Officer to own operations across production, quality, structuring and execution. You will report to the CEO and co‑founder, becoming the operational backbone that scales from first contracts to a global leader.

This is a high‑responsibility role for someone who has scaled a hardware/deeptech company, thriving under high pace and real stakes, on site at Base 217. English and French fluency preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior operator with hardware/deeptech scaling experience in regulated environments.
• Experience taking a physical product from prototype to serial production at scale.
• Strong command of industrialization, production, quality and supply chain for complex hardware.

Responsabilités

• Lead transition from prototype to serial production, set industrialization roadmap and ramp production.
• Build and optimize the supply chain, supplier qualification and procurement.
• Scale assembly, integration and test processes for a complex aircraft.
