En Carta Diagnostics, a Lyme-disease diagnostic start-up in Paris, seeks a Senior Marketing & Growth Manager to own brand identity and end-to-end digital performance. You will drive multi-channel campaigns, social media, pharmacy activation, and DTC commerce while navigating healthcare regulations.

You will build the marketing engine from scratch, collaborating with product, sales, and regulatory teams to accelerate adoption in Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing with a B2C track record and hands-on social media management.
• Experience in healthcare or diagnostics is a plus but not required; startup experience valued.
• Excellent written English; French fluency preferred and a third language a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define En Carta's brand platform and ensure consistency across channels.
• Own owned and paid digital channels end-to-end, including social and email CRM.
• Translate commercial strategy into concrete, time-bound campaigns.
• Coordinate with external agencies, manage budgets, and report results.
