Jobtailor in Bron, France is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own large-scale SEA and Social Ads campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. You will manage a seven-figure media budget, optimize CAC for recurring customers, and build dashboards with Looker Studio, Metabase, HubSpot, and Notion.

The role requires 5–7 years in growth/demand generation, strong analytics, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Content, SEO, Product, and Data teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or paid media.
• Experience in an agency or scale-up environment managing substantial media budgets.
• Strong expertise in managing and optimizing large-scale SEA and Social Ads campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong measurement expertise including attribution, tracking, and reliable reporting.
• Ability to work with analytics and automation tools; excellent analytical skills.
• Self-directed with strong prioritization; able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage a seven-figure media budget and drive recurring customer acquisition.
• Own the volume of recurring customers and the CAC for recurring customers.
• Manage and optimize large-scale SEA and Social Ads campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Challenge and manage the media agency.
• Build and monitor performance dashboards by channel, persona, offer, and segment.
• Define campaign creative strategy in collaboration with Content and Design teams.
• Design and execute a testing roadmap covering creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
• Analyze competitors and media trends to identify new acquisition opportunities.
• Ensure the reliability of and continuously improve tracking and attribution.
• Implement measurement frameworks, including geo-tests and control groups.
• Build reporting and automate processes using Looker Studio, Metabase, HubSpot, and Notion.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Product, and Data teams.
• Deliver regular performance reviews and translate insights into prioritized action plans.
