Job summary

Centre jardin trudel inc. in Crèvecœur-le-Petit is seeking a Snow removal service manager to lead greenhouse and nursery operations, schedule tasks, and supervise staff across early morning to weekend shifts.

You will divide harvests, train staff, manage stock and records, and develop marketing plans while ensuring quality and safety at the on-site location; overtime is available.

• Greenhouse cleaning
• Level earth to fine grade specifications
• Tie and secure plants
• Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality
• Control reported insect, disease and weed problems
• Determine type and quantity of stock to grow
• Develop marketing plans
• Establish and maintain required environment
• Establish work schedules
• Hire, train and supervise staff
• Maintain financial and personnel records
• Order materials and stock
• Provide product care and other information and service to customers
• Supervise staff in planting, transplanting, feeding and spraying

• Salary 23.00 hourly / 40 to 60 hours per week
• Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time
• Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime available

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
