Europcar Mobility Group invites applications for a Group Market Controlling & Strategy Intern position in Paris. You will support the governance of the Group Strategic Plan, maintain the Cataligent platform, and prepare management reporting to facilitate strategic decisions.

You will interact with country controllers, initiative owners and the Strategy team, while developing reporting and performance management skills in an international setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ finance experience preferably including international experience in finance support
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• French and Spanish are a plus

Responsabilités

• Support the maintenance and update of the Group Strategic Initiatives database in the Cataligent platform.
• Monitor implementation progress across countries and functions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare management reporting, presentations and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Assist the Transformation and Steering Committees with progress tracking and reviews.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Group Finance to align planning and execution tracking.

**JOB DESCRIPTION****POSITION TITLE -** Group Market Controlling & Strategy InternREPORTS TODirect Manager: Head of Group Market ControllingDotted Line: Strategy Manager**JOB DESCRIPTION**Support the execution, monitoring and governance of the Group Strategic Plan by ensuring the accurate tracking of strategic initiatives across all countries and corporate functions through the Group Transformation Management platform (Cataligent / Cat4).Play an active role in maintaining the quality of the information within the tool, supporting the monitoring of implementation progress, coordinating with country stakeholders, and preparing management reporting to facilitate decision-making.**MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY**• Support the maintenance and continuous update of the Group Strategic Initiatives database within the Cataligent platform.• Monitor implementation progress of strategic initiatives across countries and functions, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and consistency.• Follow up with country controllers, initiative owners and functional stakeholders to collect and validate progress updates.• Support the consolidation of finance country information into Group-level reporting and dashboards.• Prepare regular reports, presentations and management summaries for senior leadership.• Perform data quality checks and identify inconsistencies, missing information or reporting gaps.• Support the preparation of Steering Committees, Transformation Reviews and Strategic Performance meetings.• Assist the Group Market Controlling team in analyzing initiative performance, identifying risks, delays and improvement opportunities.• Collaborate with the Strategy team to ensure alignment between strategic planning and execution tracking.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, governance and the use of the Cataligent platform.• Support ad-hoc analyses related to strategic projects, business performance and transformation initiatives.**KEY INTERFACES**• Head of Group Market Controlling• Strategy Team• Group Finance• Country Finance Controllers• Initiative Owners• Functional Leads• Transformation area at country side**EDUCATION**1 / 2 years’ finance experience preferably including international experience in finance support, business or Final-year Bachelor or Master's student in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.LANGUAGESFluent English (mandatory)French and Spanish are a plus.**PROFILE**Requirements• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Google Tool skills.• Interest in Finance, Business Performance, Strategy and Transformation Management.• Ability to work with large datasets and multiple stakeholders.• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.• Strong communication and organizational skills.• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.Personal Competencies• Analytical and structured thinking.• High level of ownership and accountability.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Team player with collaborative mindset.• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.• Results-oriented and proactive.• Continuous improvement mindset.**WHAT YOU WILL LEARN**• Exposure to Group-level Market Controlling and Strategy colleagues at Group and corporate countries.• Participation and follow up in the execution and monitoring of an international Strategic Plan.• Hands-on experience with the Cataligent (Cat4) platform.• Collaboration with senior stakeholders across Finance, Strategy and Country organizations.• Development of reporting, business analysis and performance management skills in an international environment.
