CEVA Logistics seeks an ambitious final-year student for an internship in transformation. You will collaborate with the Group Transformation and Control Tower teams, supporting KPI development, data consolidation, and strategic analyses for the CEO, CFO, CHRO, and management board.

The role emphasizes problem solving in an international, fast-paced environment, with exposure to top-tier strategy consultants and cross-functional projects across Finance, HR, and productivity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Final-year student in management/strategy/finance/data specialization.
• International education background preferred.
• Fluent English required; French understood with spoken proficiency preferred.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data viz tools helpful.

Responsabilités

• Assist design and roll-out of the Transformation cockpit with KPIs, reporting, and dashboards.
• Consolidate and analyze data from Finance, HR, and Transformation programs.
• Prepare strategic analyses and executive presentations for senior leaders.
• Support governance through data collection, structuring, and progress tracking.

About the Team

The Group Transformation team leads CEVA’s strategic programs and oversees the overall performance of the transformation portfolio (Finance, HR, productivity initiatives, savings plans, and other transformation priorities). The Control Tower team acts as the central hub for monitoring, analyzing, and steering the Group’s strategic initiatives.

Profile description:

Education

Final-year student from a leading business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program with a specialization in management, strategy, finance, or data. International education.

Technical Skills

Fluency in English is required. Good understanding of French required; spoken proficiency preferred. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI, Qlik, or other data visualization tools is a plus.

Analytical Skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structuring capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
