• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and motivated Internal Audit Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship.

This internship is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on exposure to internal audit, compliance, risk management, and internal controls in an international environment.

You will mainly support the Internal Audit team in the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of audit activities , including:

• Assisting in the planning of internal audit assignments
• Collecting, analyzing, and organizing input from Group stakeholders
• Supporting the follow-up of audit recommendations and management action plans
• Contributing to compliance-related reviews and internal control topics
• Conducting research and data analysis for audit reviews and special projects
• Contributing to the quality assurance of audit files and documentation
• Providing administrative and coordination support to the team

Towards the end of the internship, you may also have the opportunity to participate in an audit mission , supporting activities such as documentation review, evidence gathering, walkthroughs, and the preparation of audit working papers.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a student in a graduate program to gain practical exposure to internal audit and compliance activities, learn from experienced professionals, and build valuable skills for a future career in audit, risk, or compliance.

YOUR PROFILE

• Student graduating in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Compliance, Law, or a related field
• Strong interest in internal audit, risk management, internal controls, or compliance
• Knowledge of or interest in payment regulation, Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Corruption, or Data Protection is a strong plus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary working language of the team
• Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good organizational abilities
• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively in a multicultural environment
• Curious, proactive, and pragmatic mindset, with strong critical thinking skills
• Humility, open-mindedness, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit
• High level of personal ethics, professionalism, and self-confidence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
