Une société d'assurance recherche un chef de projet pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un master en gestion et au moins cinq ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, de préférence dans le domaine de l'assurance-crédit. Les responsabilités incluent le développement de la feuille de route des offres et la gestion du budget. La maîtrise de l'anglais est essentielle, et la connaissance d'une seconde langue est souhaitée. Ce poste est à temps plein et favorise le travail dans un environnement diversifié et inclusif.

Qualifications

  • Minimum cinq ans d'expérience en gestion de projet ou compétences connues dans ce domaine.
  • Expérience en assurance-crédit est un plus.

Description du poste

As part of the Group Brokers department, you will evolve in a dynamic team working on multiple topics in close collaboration with an international network spanning more than 70 countries, as well as with other Group departments (IT, Legal, Marketing & Innovation, Transformation Office). As a project manager in the team, your responsibilities will include:

MISSIONS:

  • Development of offer drafting specifications and roadmap definition
  • Budget management and tender handling
  • Organization of steering and project committees
  • Monitoring commercial performance across 10 countries and analyzing broker activity (Top 10)
  • Training internal and external users
  • Supporting local and regional entities
  • Monitoring KPIs

Examples of past missions include:

  • Launching and commercializing the Broker API offer and the new Coface APIs catalog for brokers
  • Implementing the ABCD Workflow to centralize broker derogatory commissioning agreements
  • Organizing the annual Coface event for brokers worldwide
  • Leading various projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

A business school or university master's degree in management, finance, or marketing.

Minimum five years of experience in project management or with strong project-related skills; experience in trade credit insurance is preferred.

Skills and qualities required: rigor, flexibility, respect for deadlines and commitments, negotiation, communication, and representation skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in dynamic situations.

Excellent writing and interpersonal skills to maintain good contacts with stakeholders.

Operational proficiency in English (both written and oral) is necessary; knowledge of a second language (German, Spanish, or French) is a plus.
