Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy for Greenfield customers in France, based in Paris or within commuting distance of the office.

You will design scalable, production-grade solutions spanning data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics, while partnering with customer technical leads and cross-functional teams to drive platform adoption. Fluency in French and English is required, with 6+ years in relevant roles.

Formación

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or senior technical roles.
• Strong live coding, debugging, and solution-building skills in Python and SQL.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems, data pipelines, streaming, lakehouse patterns and cloud-native platforms.
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with senior technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery through deployment and growth.
• Lead complex architecture discussions spanning data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer architects and engineering leads.
• Drive technical wins by demonstrating differentiation with custom-built solutions.
• Develop and declare a developing technical specialization to become a go-to resource.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver comprehensive solutions for complex needs.
• Influence product direction by providing feedback on customer requirements and gaps.
